Our guest story tellers were great! Thank you for volunteering to read to our class. The children loved  all the stories. One of our guest story tellers read a book about Thanksgiving & she asked the class what they were thankful for ...they all replied GOD!! How sweet was that? It was a touching moment.:)

Our pumpkin day on Wednesday was great! God blessed us with wonderful weather.
The children did a great job with their Christopher Columbus project ...
We sang a song about Christopher Columbus and discussed how brave he was.
Mrs. Canino and I are really enjoying our Kindergarten Class..:) They are great!! ;)

Happy Lent ~

Today we celebrated Dr. Seuss's 110th Birthday!!  Thank you for sending in your child's favorite book.  We also had a yummy snack.


This week the children started writing in their journal books.  Each morning the children will copy a message from the board. The children did a great job copying from the board these past few days.


We started working on addition problems in math and reviewed telling time by the hour and half hour.

We have been working on word families and rhyming words.  I hear some nice reading!!  Keep up the good work.;)

We discussed Sundays Gospel and discussed that this was the last Sunday in Ordinary Time. ( last time we sing Alleluia until Easter =)

It was nice to be back and have a full week of school...=)
